The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie two Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies on the community.

SASSA is going to be rendering solutions such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, in addition to the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency claimed it's alarmed concerning the superior quantity of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The aim in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme sassa [ICROP] is to reach-out to the higher variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This really is due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no fully functional office focused on service the area on a regular basis. The assistance issue created for intervention experiences a higher influx of possible beneficiaries, which makes it difficult for the Workplace to attend to all people who stop by a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise additional methods to empower the servicing of all buyers and enhance entry to Social Assistance solutions,” the agency said.
